If a single item isn't perfect, we replace it or refund it — no receipts to dig out and no questions to answer.

Call the store or reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours and we will put it right the same day.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, or as cash for cash-on-delivery orders.

Unopened, non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days in their original condition.
